About Halsted Medical Capital
A medical practice can earn steadily and still run short, because collecting takes longer than earning. A clean claim may take 45 days to pay, and a new provider may bill nothing for 60 to 120. Halsted Medical Capital is a funding desk for practice owners working through that interval.
A single funding specialist manages your file from the first conversation through funding, reviews your bank statements and payer contracts as an underwriter would, and tells you where the practice stands before anything is sent to a partner. We operate a funding desk for practices; we are not a call center.
The funding partners in our network compensate us when a deal funds, and we disclose that plainly. It also shapes our incentives: partners end their relationships with desks whose files default, so we need a deal that performs.
Our guides use the vocabulary of practice finance: what a factor rate costs a working practice, when a line of credit is the better instrument, which terms to request in writing before signing. Each is reviewed for accuracy and revised as products change.
Our compensation
Halsted Medical Capital is compensated by the funding partner when a request funds. A practice pays us no fee to apply, to review options or to receive a no. Since partners stop working with desks whose files underperform, our interest lies in a deal that suits the practice.
Our funding partners
Halsted Medical Capital works with an exclusive network of funding partners and marketing partners. When you submit a request, we may share your information with those partners to evaluate and present funding options. We do not sell your information for unrelated purposes.

How our guides are prepared
Each guide begins with a question practice owners raise with us, in their own terms. Our editorial desk drafts it, verifies it against current funder agreements and public sources, and completes a compliance review before publication. The standards are fixed: an advance is not described as a loan, each factor rate appears with its APR-equivalent, no figure is presented as an offer, and nothing promises approval.
Every guide states its publication date and its most recent update, and is revised when products or law change. If you notice something outdated, please write to info@halstedmedicalcapital.com so that we can correct it.
Send us the practice's numbers. We'll show you the cost.
Begin with the amount and the date it is needed. There is no obligation and no credit pull to start.
